Berkeley Air partnered with University of Nairobi professionals in Kenya to conduct field-based assessments on the effect of improved institutional wood cookstoves on fuel consumption in Kenyan schools. All fuels and foods used by the study schools throughout the three-day Kitchen Performance Tests (KPT) were weighed.
