About Ahana — Ahana is a research associate with Berkeley Air Monitoring group, having joined in late 2021. She has a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Engineering from Delhi Technological University and a MS in Environmental Health Science from UC Berkeley. Her MS Thesis was a systematic literature review on the impact of advanced cookstove interventions on emissions reductions in rural India. When she isn’t working on her primary research interests -air quality, climate change or environmental justice – she enjoys classical dancing and reading for hours.
